And Finally…

It is with a heavy heart that we have had to make the tough decision to close the South Shields Digital Group as a teaching group due to falling numbers and rising costs of venue hire.

I would like to thank the hundreds of people who have used the group in the last 20 years or so, and hope your photography and Photoshop has improved because of it. I have made many good friends along the way and will always be an email away if you need anything.

The committee over the years have given their time voluntarily, but with the advent of YouTube and other teaching resources, the 1-to-1 teaching we offered has lost its popularity. Now is the time to call it a day.

The website will remain active for you to download the numerous tutorials we have prepared.

We are also hoping to meet up in the summer of 2024 for more walkabouts and to catch up with old friends.
